Design a complete lead capture funnel in ACEIRT Fusion AI Studio by chaining pages together and connecting forms to your workspace CRM.
AI Studio generates full pages from prompts and lets you add funnel elements like contact forms, testimonials, and interactive calculators with a few clicks. You then connect form submissions to your workspace so every lead is captured automatically.
AI Studio works best when you iterate: start with a basic funnel, preview how it feels, then refine copy, layout, and steps by prompting AI Studio again or adjusting the generated blocks.
Funnel anatomy
A funnel in AI Studio is a short, guided journey that turns visitors into contacts inside your workspace.
For a simple lead capture flow, use three core steps:
- Landing page – Explains your offer and invites visitors to take one action.
- Form step – Collects details such as name, email, and any qualifying questions, and sends them to your CRM/workspace.
- Thank-you page – Confirms submission, sets expectations, and can offer next steps like booking a call or downloading a lead magnet.
You can extend this with additional steps like price estimators or calculators, but this three-step pattern is the foundation.
Build a funnel with AI Studio
Use this sequence to create a basic funnel that goes from landing page to form to thank-you page.
Create a new AI Studio project
Open ACEIRT Fusion and create a new AI Studio project for your funnel.
- Go to the AI Studio area from the main navigation.
- Select New project (or the equivalent create option).
- Name the project after your offer, such as "Website audit funnel" or "Free strategy session."
Success check: You see a fresh AI Studio canvas or editor ready for your first generated page.
Generate the landing page
Ask AI Studio to draft your landing page with a clear headline and call to action.
- In the prompt area, describe your offer and target audience, for example:

Add a contact or lead capture form
Turn interest into leads by adding a form directly on the landing page or as the next step.
- Use AI Studio's suggestions or block library to insert a Contact form or Lead capture form.
- Include fields such as name, email, company, and any key qualifier questions that help you prioritize leads.
- Keep required fields focused on what you actually use; fewer required fields usually increase completion rates.
Success check: The page shows a visible form aligned with your call to action, and the submit button text matches your promise (for example, "Get my audit" instead of "Submit").
Connect the form to your workspace CRM
Ensure every submission is stored in ACEIRT Fusion so your team can follow up.
- Open the form settings in AI Studio.
- Choose the option to Connect to workspace or Send to CRM.
- Map each form field (for example, email, name, company) to the appropriate fields in your workspace contact or lead record.
- Save the connection.
Success check: The form settings confirm that submissions go to your workspace/CRM, and you see which project or list they will appear in.
Create a dedicated thank-you page
Give visitors a clear confirmation and next step after they submit the form.

- Choose the thank-you page you created as the next step or redirect destination.
- Save and preview the flow: fill out the form with a test contact and check that you land on the thank-you page.
Success check: Submitting the form from the landing page reliably loads the thank-you page and creates a contact in your workspace.
Preview, test, and publish
Validate the entire experience end-to-end before you go live.
- Use AI Studio's Preview to walk through the funnel as a visitor would:
- Landing page
- Form submission
- Thank-you page
- Submit at least one test entry with a recognizable email address (such as a test alias).
- Open your ACEIRT Fusion workspace CRM and confirm the test contact appears with the correct fields populated.
- When you are satisfied, use Publish to make the funnel live and copy the live URL for your campaigns.
Success check: Test leads appear where you expect inside ACEIRT Fusion, and the public link loads quickly and consistently.
Iterate in small loops: adjust one part (headline, form fields, or thank-you copy), preview, and test again. This keeps changes safe and makes it easier to see what improves performance.
Funnel patterns
Choose a pattern that fits your offer. Both patterns still rely on the same core structure: landing page → form → thank-you or next step.
Use this pattern when you offer a downloadable asset such as a guide, checklist, or template.
Structure

- Thank-you page that delivers or links to the asset.
How to adapt your funnel
- In your landing page prompt, ask AI Studio to "focus on promoting a downloadable guide" and specify the main outcome for the reader.
- When configuring the form:
- Keep fields minimal to reduce friction.
- Mention that you may send follow-up content or tips.
- On the thank-you page:
- Add a direct download button or link.

How to adapt your funnel
- In your prompt, ask AI Studio to "create a consultation landing page emphasizing outcomes and social proof."
- Configure the form to:
- Capture contact details and a few qualification questions (for example, budget range or primary challenge).
- Set expectations that you may approve or reschedule requests.
- On the thank-you page, choose one:
- Direct visitors to a scheduling link (calendar tool).
- Or confirm that your team will reach out by email or phone to finalize a time.
What success looks like
- Qualified consultation requests entering your workspace with the details your team needs.
- Clear handoff from marketing to sales or delivery teams through your CRM views.
Measuring success
Track how your funnel performs so you know what to refine.
At a minimum, monitor these areas inside ACEIRT Fusion:
- Visitor to lead conversion – Compare how many visitors reach your landing page versus how many contacts are created from its form.
- Form completion quality – Review a sample of submissions to ensure fields are filled with useful, accurate information.
- Lead organization – Confirm new leads are tagged or grouped by funnel or offer so your team can filter and follow up.
Use your workspace CRM views to:
- Filter contacts by funnel project or tag to understand which funnels generate the best leads.
- Check time-to-first-response to see how quickly your team follows up on new leads.
- Identify drop-off patterns (for example, many page views but few form submissions) that point to copy or form tweaks.
If conversion is low, start by changing a single element at a time: headline, call to action, or form length. Regenerate or refine those sections with AI Studio, publish, then compare performance over a few days.
Troubleshooting
When your funnel is live but not behaving as expected, use these checks to narrow down the issue.
Form submissions are not showing in the workspace
- Confirm the form is still connected to your workspace/CRM in the form settings.
- Re-check field mappings; if you renamed or removed fields on the form, remap them.
- Submit a fresh test entry and filter recent contacts in your workspace by created time and funnel tag.
If you disconnect a form from your workspace or delete mapped fields, new submissions might not create complete contact records. Reconnect and remap before sending more traffic to the funnel.
The thank-you page is not loading after form submission
- Open the landing page form settings and verify the After submission destination is set to your thank-you page.
- Make sure the thank-you page is still published within the same project.
- Test again in a private or incognito browser window to rule out caching.
Leads look incomplete or low quality
- Review which fields are required versus optional. If key details are missing, consider:
- Making one or two crucial fields required.
- Adding clear helper text that explains why you ask for each detail.
- Update prompts in AI Studio to clarify who the funnel is targeting so copy speaks directly to the right audience.
- Add simple qualifying questions or an interactive element like a basic cost or results calculator to attract more serious prospects.
