ACEIRT™ Fusion adds guided US phone number messaging setup and a new sender option for independent US-number-only workflows.

January 5, 2026 release notes

ACEIRT™ Fusion now includes a new messaging sender option centered on independent US phone number messaging, with guided setup for US-number-only workflows.

What changed

ACEIRT™ Fusion now supports a new sender option for messaging that is centered on US phone numbers. The release also adds guided setup for workflows that use US numbers only.

The update focuses on making the messaging setup path clearer for teams that need a dedicated US-number-based sender option.

Why it matters

This release gives you a more specific messaging configuration when your workflow depends on US phone numbers. It helps separate that setup from broader messaging configurations and gives administrators a clearer path through the required setup steps.

If your organization routes messaging through US numbers only, the new sender option reduces ambiguity about which configuration to use.

How to use it

Use the guided setup when you need to configure the new US phone number messaging path in ACEIRT™ Fusion.

Open the messaging setup flow

Go to the messaging area in ACEIRT™ Fusion and start the setup for the US phone number sender option.

Choose the US-number-only workflow

Select the workflow that matches your US-number-only messaging use case. The guided setup walks you through the configuration path for that sender option.

Complete the setup

Follow the remaining prompts in the guided setup until the sender option is ready to use.

After setup completes, your messaging configuration should reflect the US phone number sender option you selected.

Notes for administrators

Review who should be allowed to configure the new sender option before you roll it out. If your team manages multiple messaging paths, keep the US-number-only workflow documented so administrators can choose the correct setup without guessing.

If you already have messaging governance in place, update any internal runbooks that describe sender selection or messaging setup so they reflect the new US phone number option.
