ACEIRT™ Fusion adds dialer controls that make it easier to keep the dialer visible, move it out of the way, and restore it when you need it.

Release context

March 16, 2026 — Dialer auto-minimize, pin, and drag. The update lets the dialer auto-minimize, stay pinned, and be dragged anywhere on screen.

What's new

The dialer now supports three related behaviors:

  • Auto-minimize reduces the dialer footprint when you do not need it open.
  • Pin keeps the dialer in view while you work elsewhere.
  • Drag lets you reposition the dialer anywhere on screen.

These changes focus on keeping call controls available without blocking the rest of your workspace.

User experience improvements

The update reduces visual clutter during active work. When the dialer is minimized, you get more room for the task in front of you. When it is pinned, the dialer stays accessible without forcing you to keep it expanded.

Dragging gives you control over placement on larger or crowded screens. You can move the dialer away from forms, notes, or side panels so it does not cover the content you need.

How to use

Use the dialer controls as part of your normal calling flow:

Open the dialer

Start a call from the dialer as usual. The dialer opens in its active state so you can place or manage calls.

Pin the dialer when you need it visible

Select the pin control to keep the dialer on screen while you continue working in other parts of ACEIRT™ Fusion.

Drag the dialer to a better position

Grab the dialer and move it to a location that does not block the information you need.

Let the dialer auto-minimize when appropriate

Allow the dialer to minimize when you no longer need the expanded view. This keeps the interface cleaner while preserving quick access.

Tips & best practices

  • Pin the dialer when you expect to switch between the call and another task.
  • Move the dialer before entering long notes or reviewing dense panels.
  • Use auto-minimize to keep the workspace focused when you are not actively using call controls.
  • Reposition the dialer consistently on your team if you want a predictable layout.
