March 30, 2026 release notes
ACEIRT™ Fusion release notes for March 30, 2026, covering inbound calls from private or anonymous numbers and how those calls are stored.
March 30, 2026 release notes
ACEIRT™ Fusion now accepts inbound calls from private or anonymous numbers and saves them as contacts with country and timestamp details.
This release adds support for incoming calls from private or anonymous callers. ACEIRT™ Fusion tags these calls as private phone number and stores the available contact details for later review.
What's new
Inbound calls from private or anonymous numbers are now included in call handling.
The system saves each call as a contact record with:
- Country — the caller's country when available
- Timestamp — the time the call was received
- Tag — private phone number
Why it matters
Calls from withheld numbers no longer disappear from your workflow. You can review them alongside other inbound calls and keep a clearer record of who reached out and when.
This helps when you need to track follow-up activity, audit inbound call volume, or identify patterns in calls from anonymous sources.
How to use
No setup is required.
If a private or anonymous number calls into ACEIRT™ Fusion, the call is accepted automatically and stored as a contact with the details available at the time of the call.
Next
- Review your inbound call records to see the new contact entries.
- Use the private phone number tag to filter or identify these calls in your workflow.
ACEIRT™ Fusion release notes help you track product changes without losing operational context.
