Set up your ACEIRT™ Fusion workspace

Create your first ACEIRT™ Fusion workspace, invite your team, connect a data source, and verify everything is running before you start building.

Overview

Get your ACEIRT™ Fusion account ready for collaboration by signing in, confirming your workspace details, inviting teammates, and connecting at least one data source.

Make sure you have your ACEIRT™ Fusion login credentials and access to at least one system you want to connect, such as a CRM, support inbox, or data warehouse.

Steps

Sign in to ACEIRT™ Fusion

  1. Go to the ACEIRT™ Fusion login page.
  2. Enter your work email and password, then select Sign in.
  3. If prompted, complete any multi-factor authentication steps.

You land on your ACEIRT™ Fusion home screen when sign-in succeeds.

Confirm your workspace and profile

  1. Open the workspace menu in the top navigation.
  2. Confirm the workspace name matches your team or organization.
  3. Update your profile details such as display name, role, and time zone.

Use clear workspace and profile names so teammates recognize where they are working.

Invite your teammates

  1. Navigate to Workspace settings and open the Members or Team section.
  2. Select Invite members.
  3. Add the email addresses of teammates who will use ACEIRT™ Fusion.
  4. Assign appropriate roles, such as admin, editor, or viewer.

Each invited teammate receives an email with a link to join your ACEIRT™ Fusion workspace.

Connect your first data source

  1. Go to the Integrations or Data sources area.
  2. Choose a system to connect, such as your CRM, ticketing tool, analytics platform, or data warehouse.
  3. Authorize ACEIRT™ Fusion to access the system using API credentials or OAuth.
  4. Select the key objects or datasets you want ACEIRT™ Fusion to index or sync.

Use a non-production source only if you want to test behavior before connecting live data.

Verify that data is flowing

  1. After connecting, check the sync or ingestion status for the data source.
  2. Confirm that ACEIRT™ Fusion reports a successful connection without errors.
  3. Open a sample record, dashboard, or search view to confirm that real data appears.

When data sync is successful, ACEIRT™ Fusion shows recent activity and populated records rather than empty placeholders.
