Teams and permissions
Understand how teams, roles, and permissions work in your ACEIRT™ Fusion workspace, and choose the right guide, FAQ, or troubleshooting path.
Understand teams and permissions
Teams and permissions define who can access your ACEIRT™ Fusion workspace, what they see, and which actions they can take. Use them to keep sensitive data limited to the right people while still giving teammates enough access to do their work.
Each workspace includes members who are assigned simple roles such as admin, member, or viewer. Admins manage workspace settings and billing, members collaborate on projects and data, and viewers have read-only access where you want to avoid changes.
Permission boundaries control access at both the workspace and project level. Workspace-level permissions cover global settings and billing, while more granular permissions determine who can view or edit specific projects and data sources.
Follow a least-privilege approach: give each person the lowest role that still lets them do their job. Workspace admins control who is invited, which projects they can access, and when to remove access for people who no longer need it.
