Build Workflows From a Single Sentence

Turn one plain-English prompt into a complete ACEIRT™ Fusion workflow for follow-ups, reminders, lead qualification, and review requests.

Turn one sentence into a working automation

ACEIRT™ Fusion can generate a full workflow from a plain-English prompt, so you spend less time wiring steps and more time launching automations. This walkthrough shows how to describe the outcome you want and turn that sentence into a usable workflow.

Use this page with the video walkthrough to move through the feature quickly. You will build four common automations: lead magnet follow-up, appointment reminders, lead qualification, and review requests.

Before you start

Check that you can access the workflow builder in ACEIRT™ Fusion and that your account has the automation tools enabled.

If you do not see the AI workflow option, open the workflow builder first and look for the prompt-based creation entry point. The label may vary slightly by workspace, but it should be available from the same area where you create new workflows.

Build the workflow from a single sentence

Open the workflow builder

Go to the automation area in ACEIRT™ Fusion and start a new workflow. Use the option that lets you generate a workflow with AI rather than building each step manually.

When the builder opens, you should see a prompt field or a similar creation box. That is where you will describe the workflow in one sentence.

Write one clear outcome

Enter a short sentence that names the goal, the audience, and the action you want the workflow to take. Keep the prompt specific enough that ACEIRT™ Fusion can infer the trigger, timing, and follow-up steps.

For example, you might describe the outcome as a follow-up sequence for new leads, a reminder flow for booked appointments, or a request for reviews after a completed service.

Generate the workflow

Submit the prompt and review the draft workflow ACEIRT™ Fusion creates. The generated version should include the main trigger, the message or action sequence, and the timing needed to make the automation work.

Use the generated draft as your starting point, then adjust the steps for your business rules, audience, and message tone.

Review the draft before publishing

Check the trigger, timing, and actions in the workflow builder before you turn it on. Make sure the automation sends the right message to the right contact at the right time.

If the draft includes extra steps you do not need, remove them before publishing. If the draft is missing a delay, branch, or condition, add it now so the workflow behaves the way you expect.

Keep prompts short and outcome-focused. A good prompt tells ACEIRT™ Fusion what should happen, who it should happen to, and when it should start.

Try these four workflow prompts

Use these examples as a starting point when you want ACEIRT™ Fusion to generate a workflow quickly.

Lead magnet follow-up

Create a workflow that sends a welcome email after someone downloads a lead magnet, then follows up two days later if they have not replied.

This is a strong first test because it combines a trigger, a delay, and a simple follow-up path.

Appointment reminders

Create a workflow that sends a reminder message 24 hours before an appointment and a second reminder one hour before the appointment starts.

Use this prompt when you want a workflow that reduces no-shows without building the timing manually from scratch.

Lead qualification

Create a workflow that asks new leads a few qualifying questions and routes high-intent replies to the sales team.

This prompt works well when you want ACEIRT™ Fusion to help separate warm leads from contacts that still need nurturing.

Review requests

Create a workflow that sends a review request three days after a completed service and only asks contacts who had a positive experience.

Use this when you want a simple post-service follow-up flow with a clear timing rule and a sentiment check.

If the generated workflow needs refinement, change the sentence instead of editing every step manually. A clearer prompt usually produces a better first draft.

Make the result ready to use

After ACEIRT™ Fusion generates the workflow, open each step and confirm that the copy, timing, and conditions match your process. Add your own message text, routing rules, or delays where needed.

Publish the workflow only after the automation follows the exact path you want. Your first generated draft should get you close fast, but the final review is what makes it reliable.

What to do next

Build a second workflow from a different sentence and compare the draft output. The more specific your prompt, the less manual cleanup you need later.
