Forms, surveys, and quizzes

• Improved PDF layouts and email attachments for form, survey, and quiz submissions, with a redesigned submission PDF layout.
• Expanded PDF download options so teams can choose which submission artifacts to export.
• Quiz result exports now include an option to download both quiz results and the quiz answers.
• Persistent responses between steps in surveys and quizzes so going back and forward through steps keeps previously entered values, without requiring any additional setting to enable this behavior.

Listings

• Force sync with publishers to immediately push the latest business details to connected listing networks when you trigger a sync.

SEO and sites

• Delete site projects directly from the SEO/sites area so you can clean up unused or test properties more easily.

Calendars

• Enhanced privacy for third-party events when using the "login as" feature: calendar views now respect the logged-in user’s permissions instead of inheriting admin-level visibility.

Social Planner

• Editable category queues so you can adjust queue settings without recreating them.
• Add posts directly into queues, making it faster to fill recurring slots.
• Duplicate posts within a queue to quickly reuse top-performing content.
• Push-notification publishing is rolling out and may not be available in all accounts yet.

Workflows and Workflow AI

• Stuck contact cleanup for snapshots so when a snapshot refresh removes workflow steps, affected contacts are now auto-removed from those broken paths.
• Smarter AI-generated wait steps from natural-language instructions, including multi-layered waits and conditional logic blocks.

Prospecting (local marketing audit)

• Configurable, repeatable, and trackable audits at the sub-account level so you can run the same local marketing audit over time.
• Review and select business details before running the first audit to ensure accuracy.
• Refresh audits on demand to update performance snapshots whenever you need them.
• Report history with an interactive timeline that retains prior audits for up to 12 months.
• Multi-language PDF exports for sharing audit results with clients in their preferred language.
• Centralized audit settings so admins control defaults and standards for all audits in one place.

Contacts

• Revamped list and smart list views are now generally available, with a rebuilt experience focused on speed and performance for large contact datasets.

Domains and redirects

• Revamped URL redirects UI and UX to make creating, searching, and managing redirects faster and less error-prone.

Analytics

• External tracking script analytics for non-ACEIRT™ Fusion sites, including:

  • Web traffic metrics
  • Form submission tracking
  • Other key engagement events supported by the tracking script

  These analytics updates are designed to expand over time without requiring you to reinstall the script.

Users and security

• Mandatory 2FA for phone number updates so users must pass two-factor authentication before changing their phone number.
• Secure one-time password (OTP) flow that tightens verification when performing sensitive account actions.

WhatsApp

• From/to number selection in WhatsApp messaging via a searchable dropdown so you can switch between available WhatsApp numbers before sending a message.

Conversations

• Unread conversation counter restored in the new Conversations UI so agents can see how many threads need attention.
• Standardized date format across the new Conversations UI for more consistent timelines and easier cross-team coordination.

Agent Studio

• Version management system so you can track and manage different versions of your agents.
• Template library integration to start from predefined agent patterns instead of building from scratch.
• AI router and conditional router to direct conversations to the right agent or flow based on context, rules, or AI-driven routing.

Workflows integrations

• Native Google Forms integration in the integrations tab, including:
  • Google Form triggers that start workflows on new responses
  • Google Form actions to log or react to responses from within workflows

API

• Service booking public API for service calendars so external systems can create and manage bookings on your service calendars programmatically.

Blogs

• More accurate read-time estimates based on content, improving expectations for readers.
• Smarter preview display so blog previews better match the final published layout.

Entering Labs

Integrations page redesign

• Updated integrations UI and UX that groups related integrations into bundles for faster discovery and configuration.
• Faster management of installed integrations with clearer organization and navigation.
• Support documentation link cleanup for LeadConnector documentation so links are easier to find and maintain.

Conversations saved views

• Save frequently used conversation filters as views so agents and teams can quickly return to their preferred filters without rebuilding them each time.
