Weekly highlights

Released this week
Courses
- Course Tags — Add Language, Difficulty, and Topic tags from Course Settings. Learners can filter the course library using these tags, and tags appear directly on course cards. Standardized predefined tags keep categorization consistent across your catalog. Available in both All Courses and My Courses library views. Configure under Memberships > Courses > Settings.
Client Portal
-
File Share Notifications — Contacts now receive a real-time notification when an admin shares a file with them through the Client Portal. Notifications are delivered in both Client Portal web and the White Label mobile app. Contacts can manage these notifications under Settings > Notification Preferences in the Client Portal.
-
Google Sign-In toggle — Sub-accounts can now control whether the Sign in with Google option appears on Client Portal sign-up and login pages. Admins can turn it on or off from Client Portal app permissions under Sign-up & sign-in methods. When disabled, contacts sign up or log in with email and password or a secure code. This supports GDPR and similar regional compliance requirements.
Communities
- Four new workflow triggers — Communities now includes four additional workflow triggers: Group Joining Request Rejected, Group Post Created, Group Comment Created, and Member Registered for Group Event. Each trigger requires a Group filter and can also use optional filters such as Channel, Post Title, Post Content, Comment Content, and Event Title where relevant. Find them under Automation > Workflows > Add New Trigger and search for
Community.
Phone System
- RCS messaging in Workflows — Workflows now support Send RCS and RCS Interactive Message actions, so you can automate RCS conversations with rich cards and buttons. You can also branch workflow paths based on how customers interact with those messages. This release is currently in Private Beta. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you want access. The beta also includes 1:1 RCS messaging from Conversations, bulk RCS messaging, and RCS template creation. RCS onboarding flows and general availability are planned for the end of Q3 2026.
Automations
-
User Replied trigger — Start a workflow when a team member replies to a conversation through a supported channel. Use it to automate internal follow-up after human engagement begins, such as updating an opportunity stage or creating a task after an agent responds.
-
User Replied as a Goal action — The Goal action now supports User Replied as a goal event. When a team member replies, the contact skips directly to the Goal step instead of continuing through intermediate actions. Use it to stop nurture sequences and avoid duplicate outbound messages once a human takes over.
-
User Replied as a Wait condition — The Wait action now supports User Replied as a wait condition with an optional timeout. A workflow pauses until a user replies or until the timeout is reached. If the timeout expires first, you can route the contact into escalation steps. This is useful for first-response SLA and escalation workflows.
-
AI Builder scoped edits — AI Builder now follows targeted edit instructions more precisely. Name the actions or triggers you want changed, whether that is all, a specific number, or named items, and AI Builder updates only that set. Supported bulk edits include copy changes across multiple email or SMS actions, pipeline stage swaps, and sender identity changes in one instruction. Changes stay limited to the actions you specify.
-
Todoist integration — Workflows now includes a native Todoist integration with 3 triggers and 12 actions. Triggers include New incomplete task, New completed task, and New project, with polling every 5 minutes. Actions include creating, updating, and completing tasks; adding comments; creating projects; moving sections; finding tasks, projects, and users; and managing collaborators. Connect through OAuth from the Workflow Builder or Settings > Integrations. These are premium workflow components, and action credits apply at the standard rate.
-
Jira integration — Workflows now includes a native Jira integration with 2 triggers and 11 actions. Triggers include New issue and Updated issue. Actions include creating, updating, and linking issues; adding comments, watchers, attachments, and work logs; moving issues to a sprint; and finding users, projects, and issues. Multi-site accounts can use the new Cloud Site selector. Connect through OAuth and label the connection with a friendly name and email.
Snapshot
- Sub-account Snapshot History — The Sub-accounts page now includes View Snapshot History alongside Load Snapshot in the Actions menu. You can review every snapshot loaded into a sub-account, open each load record, and see who loaded it, when it was loaded, which version was used, and whether it was a Template, Created, Imported, or Marketplace snapshot. Each load record also shows the exact assets included.
Calendar
-
Deposit or full payment choice — Businesses can now let customers choose between paying a deposit or paying the full amount at checkout. This is available when Online Payments is enabled and the service already has a deposit configured. It also improves buy now, pay later support because customers can finance the full booking amount. Percentage-based deposits now calculate from the final payable amount after discounts, including add-ons and taxes. Flat deposits do not change. Configure this under Services > Global Settings > Payment Settings.
-
Buffer time visibility — Day and Week calendar views now display pre-buffer and post-buffer times as informational blocks. Turn on the Show buffer time toggle to enable it. Buffer visibility works across all calendar filters, including Staff/User, Service/Calendar, and Category/Group.
-
Service booking editing — Paid and unpaid service bookings can now be fully edited without canceling and recreating the appointment. You can add or remove services, modify add-ons, change assigned staff, and apply or remove coupons. Each edit automatically recalculates the booking total, and payment status updates to show whether additional payment is required, the booking is fully paid, or a refund is due. You can also process refunds directly from the appointment modal. Mobile app support begins rolling out the week of July 20.
Forms
- Submission page migrated to HighRise — The submission page for Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes has been migrated to the HighRise framework. The user experience does not change. The migration improves platform stability, performance, and maintainability. No action is required.
Conversation AI
- Channel Management — Bots can now be assigned directly to specific channels including SMS, Email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Live Chat, and Web Chat instead of relying on a single Primary Bot. Routing can be scoped by channel, by specific account or number, and by contact tags. More specific assignments take priority over broader assignments, and the system prevents duplicate assignments. Existing Primary Bot settings are preserved during the automatic migration. This is available through the Labs flag
Conversations AI Channel Management. After migration starts, wait about 5 minutes before testing.
Prospecting
- Prospect AI redesign — Prospect AI now includes redesigned AI agent cards that show total prospects discovered, last successful run, next scheduled run, and quick access to all prospects. Agents now have a dedicated home with Summary and Activity views. A new activity center shows execution history, success and failure logs, and recommendations when no prospects are found. The dashboard also adds metrics for total agents, active agents, prospects discovered, and monthly usage, along with search. New prospects can now be sent directly into a selected CRM pipeline and stage.
Templates
- New templates (July 4 and July 10) — New templates were published across websites, social, Facebook ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, workflows, and snapshots. New categories include Real Estate, Home Services, Health & Wellness, Restaurant & Bar, Finance, Insurance, Travel & Hospitality, Business Coaching & Consulting, Creative, Automotive, and more.
Entering Labs
-
Conversation AI Channel Management — Channel-based bot assignment is now available behind the Labs flag
Conversations AI Channel Management. This gives you granular routing by channel, account or number, and contact tags while preserving existing Primary Bot assignments during migration. -
Dashboard and custom reporting UI consistency update — Dashboard and custom reporting are entering Labs as part of a UI consistency update. Expect visual and interaction changes intended to align reporting experiences more closely across the product.
