Weekly highlights
This page summarizes ACEIRT™ Fusion product changes for the week of July 31, 2026, for workspace owners, admins, and power users who track what shipped, what is in Labs, and what is coming soon.
Released this week
Platform
- PIT token limit increased from 5 to 20 — Each sub-account can now create up to 20 PIT tokens instead of 5. This gives more integrations their own dedicated tokens and reduces the need to reuse one token across multiple services. Manage access tokens inside each sub-account.
Studió AI
-
AI Studio Form Submitted trigger — Workflows can now trigger when a visitor submits a connected form on an AI Studio website. Use it to send notifications, emails, or SMS, apply tags, or create opportunities after form submission.
Existing forms need a tracking refresh before this trigger will fire correctly:
Open the AI Studio project
Open the project that contains the form you want to automate.
Re-trigger the form integration
Ask AI Studio to re-trigger form integration for the project.
Reconnect CRM tracking
Reconnect the form to CRM tracking, then publish the site.
Submit a test entry
Submit the form once to confirm the workflow trigger fires as expected.
Conversation AI
-
Prompt Optimizer for Conversation AI — Prompt Optimizer now works with Conversation AI agents. It creates realistic customer scenarios, runs real chat conversations against a cloned copy of your agent, scores the results with AI evaluation, identifies failures, and rewrites the prompt.
Key additions in this release:
- Auto-generated scenarios based on the agent's current configuration
- Multi-language testing for prompts that support more than one language
- Action tracking for outcomes such as Appointment Booking, Human Handover, and Workflow Triggers
- One-click Improvise to generate a stronger variation quickly
- Auto Optimize to run multiple improvement attempts
- Prompt diff viewer to compare changes before applying them
- Best Variation tag to identify the strongest result from a test run
Testing runs against a cloned agent. Your live agent stays unchanged until you click
Use Prompt.
Social Planner
-
Threads comment management — Manage Threads comments directly inside Social Planner. You can view comments, reply from the unified inbox, and send rich replies with text, images, emojis, and location attachments. Comment sync happens in real time through webhooks.
Threads now joins Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Communities, and Bluesky in the unified engagement inbox.
-
LinkedIn and TikTok Post Sync (Beta) — Social Planner can now import published posts from LinkedIn and TikTok automatically.
Use this release with these platform limits in mind:
- LinkedIn supports Organization Pages only. Personal profiles are not supported because of API limits.
- TikTok supports both Personal and Business accounts.
- Metrics refresh every 24 hours for reactions, comments, shares, and views.
- Sync is one-way so deleted posts remain visible after import.
Enable Post Sync under
Marketing > Social Planner > Settings, reconnect or connect the account, and turn on post sync.If you already use Threads in Social Planner, reconnect the account once to grant the permissions required for comment management.
Email Builder
- Email AI Countdown Timer — Email AI now detects time-sensitive campaigns such as flash sales, product launches, webinars, and expiring offers, then guides you through adding a live countdown timer. You can select an existing timer or create a new one with an end date, style, and destination link. If you skip the timer prompt or it times out, the email continues without blocking the rest of the draft flow.
Prospecting
-
Facebook profile detection improvements — Facebook profile detection now checks multiple sources instead of relying on a single public lookup. Sources include the business website, local listing profiles, and internal data partners.
You can also update a prospect's Facebook profile URL manually from the Social Profiles tab. Changes take about 1 to 2 minutes to appear in reports.
SaaS Mode
-
AI Employee plan selection — You can now choose which AI Employee tier to include in a SaaS plan directly in the SaaS Configurator. Select either Growth or Unlimited, compare pricing and features side by side, and see the selected tier and cost on the plan's main screen.
Review existing plans that already include AI Employee to confirm the correct tier is selected.
-
Conversation AI and Voice AI billing separation — Conversation AI and Voice AI now appear as separate products for usage tracking and billing. Both products show independently in billing usage and rebilling, and agencies can configure rebilling for each one separately. Rebilling settings on one product do not carry over automatically to the other.
-
Cancel pending plan or rebilling — You can now cancel a pending SaaS plan or rebilling setup directly from the Manage Client page. Use
Detach planorDisable rebillingfrom the on-hold banner. The sub-account's saved billing profile remains on file, so you do not need to enter it again later. This is available in SaaS V1, SaaS V2, and the public API.
Funnels and Websites
-
llms.txt file management — Manage a per-domain
llms.txtfile directly in ACEIRT™ Fusion. Open the Edit Domain modal, add or update the file contents, and the platform serves the file automatically from the domain root.AI crawlers and audits, including Google PageSpeed's Agentic Browsing checks, look for
llms.txt. Adding the file helps with discoverability and compliance. Access it underFunnels & Websites > Settings > Domains > Edit Domain. -
Button hover effects — Buttons now support 21 built-in hover effects across six categories: Scale, Rotation, Movement, Background, Border, and Shadow. You can preview each effect on the canvas before applying it and fine-tune settings based on the selected effect.
Hover states disable automatically on touch devices and screens under 1024px, so mobile layouts stay unaffected. Configure them under
Page Builder > select a button > Animation tab > Hover Animation. -
Entrance animations on layout blocks — Sections, Rows, and Columns now support entrance animations directly. The animation system sequences parent and child blocks automatically and adds more control without breaking existing pages.
This release includes Fade, Slide, Bounce, Flip, Rotate and Zoom, and Special Effects, plus controls for Duration, Delay, Scale, and Easing. You can also disable the animation per block on mobile. Existing pages benefit from improved sequencing without requiring a re-save.
Client Portal
-
Unified Client Portal rebuild — Client Portal, Courses, Communities, Billing, Shared Files, Affiliates, and Account Settings now run inside one connected, branded customer home on a shared modern architecture.
The redesigned dashboard surfaces courses in progress, community activity, pending invoices, shared files, and pinned communities in one place. Public Course and Community pages that qualify now load as SEO-ready pages, with reported Lighthouse SEO scores in the 92 to 100 range compared with 75 to 85 on the legacy experience. Dashboard content loads in about 0.4 seconds, and no migration is required because existing content carries over automatically.
-
File Share Notifications — Contacts now receive real-time notifications when an admin shares a file through the Client Portal. This works on Client Portal Web and the White Label Mobile App.
Contacts can manage these alerts under
Settings > Notification Preferences.
Communities
-
Communities rebuilt in Unified Client Portal — Communities now sits alongside Courses, Dashboard, Billing, Shared Files, and Account Settings in one branded portal experience. Members can move between community discussions and courses without a page reload.
The updated discussion feed adds inline comments, replies, attachments, six reaction types, and post nudges for low-engagement posts. Search now works across posts, comments, and members. Admins can pin and move posts, disable comments, ban users, and manage posts directly from the feed. Community settings are also reorganized into dedicated sections.
Reputation
-
Review Date Range for drip campaigns — Review drip campaigns can now target a specific review date range instead of only using review age. While building a campaign, you can preview how many reviews match the selected filters before launch.
Validation now blocks empty campaigns, which helps catch filter mistakes before the campaign starts. Existing age-based campaigns continue to work without changes. Configure this under
Reputation > Settings > Reviews AI > Drip Campaign. -
Default sender for review requests — Set a default phone number for SMS and WhatsApp review requests and a default email sender at the location level. ACEIRT™ Fusion uses that sender automatically for manual review requests, campaigns, and workflows.
Configure it under
Reputation > Settings > Email (Phone/WhatsApp) Review Request.
Ask AI
-
Attachments in chat — Ask AI now supports image and document attachments in the chat composer on mobile app version
4.21.0+844and later. Tap the paperclip to attach from Camera, Gallery, Files, or Media Library.Files upload in the background while you continue typing. Ask AI reads the uploaded content and responds based on the file. Planned follow-up work includes larger document limits, additional file types such as spreadsheets, plain text, and Markdown, in-app previews, and attachment history.
