February 20, 2026 overview

ACEIRT™ Fusion updates this week focus on course customization, deeper prospecting and workflow automation, improved AI and reporting capabilities, and several quality-of-life upgrades across calendars, hosting, documents, and client access.

Released this week

Courses

  • Neo Classic as the default course theme
    • New accounts now default to the Neo Classic theme for courses for a cleaner, more modern learner experience.
  • Improved course theme customization UI
    • Updated theme editor makes it easier to adjust typography, colors, and layout without leaving the course builder.
  • Save themes as reusable templates
    • Save any customized theme as a template and reuse it across multiple courses to keep branding consistent.

Prospecting

  • Opportunities integration in sub-account prospecting
    • When adding a prospect from a sub-account, choose the pipeline and stage to create or update the related opportunity.
    • This is available in sub-accounts only, giving each sub-account more control over their sales funnels.

Snapshots and webinars

  • Webinar funnels in snapshots
    • Include complete webinar funnels when creating or applying snapshots, so webinar registration and follow-up flows can be cloned between accounts.

Workflows

  • Native Manis AI triggers and actions
    • Use Manis AI as first-class workflow triggers and actions, including events like new tasks created in Task Stop or AI-driven task updates.
  • Advanced tag filtering for opportunity and invoice triggers
    • Filter workflow triggers using any/none logic with multi-tag support, so you can:
      • Start workflows only when records have any of several tags.
      • Exclude records that contain specific tags.
  • Customer reply filter support for all-in-one chat widget
    • Use the all-in-one chat widget channel in the customer reply trigger filter, making it easier to branch workflows based on chat replies.
  • Invoke Agent Studio agents from workflows
    • New workflow action allows you to call Agent Studio agents directly from a workflow step to handle complex automation or decisioning.

Agent Studio

  • Expanded custom values and account variables
    • Access more custom values and account-level variables inside Agent Studio agents to personalize conversations and logic.
  • More fault-tolerant variable handling
    • Agent runs now degrade gracefully if a referenced variable is missing, reducing hard failures and keeping flows running where possible.

Dashboards and reporting

  • Workflow step names in reporting
    • Reporting views now include a source action name column, showing the workflow step that generated a record or metric for easier analysis and debugging.

WordPress hosting

  • Choose PHP version on WordPress site creation
    • Select a PHP version when you spin up a new WordPress site to match plugin and theme requirements.
  • Change PHP version later from the dashboard
    • Adjust the PHP version for an existing WordPress site directly in the hosting dashboard without recreating the site.

Documents and contracts

  • Staff selection at the template level
    • Choose staff members or signers directly in document and contract templates, so new documents inherit the correct signer roles automatically.

Voice AI

  • Transcripts for agent trial web calls
    • Trial web calls made with Voice AI agents now generate transcripts, making it easier to review performance and refine scripts.

Calendars

  • Multi-date selection for date-specific hours
    • Set special hours across multiple dates at once instead of configuring each date individually.
  • Rich text editor for service descriptions
    • Use formatted text, lists, and emphasis in service descriptions to better explain offerings to clients.

Client Portal

  • More secure, time-based login links
    • Client Portal login links now expire on a time-based schedule, reducing the risk of unauthorized access from stale links.

Funnels and websites

  • Audit logs for deleted builder assets
    • Track deleted funnel and website assets with audit logs showing who deleted each asset and when, improving accountability and recovery workflows.

Platform improvements and performance

  • Core and media performance improvements
    • Upgrades to media storage and the core platform engine reduce load times and improve overall responsiveness.
  • Sub-account list UI enhancements
    • Refined sub-account list layout and interactions make it easier to scan and manage many accounts.
  • Social planner improvements
    • Better reliability and UX in the social planner when scheduling and managing posts.
  • Reputation management updates
    • Improved flows and responsiveness in the reputation management area for handling reviews.
  • LeadConnector enhancements
    • Stability and performance improvements in LeadConnector connectivity and sync behavior.
  • WordPress plugin improvements
    • Updates to the WordPress plugin for smoother site connection and embed behavior.
  • Knowledge base enhancements
    • Better organization and performance when working with internal or external knowledge bases.
  • Ad manager improvements
    • Optimizations in the ad manager interface for managing and reviewing advertising campaigns.
  • Reputation management widget refinements
    • More reliable and consistent behavior from the reputation widget embedded on external sites.

  • Courses: Import from media storage into courses
    • Import video and other media directly from ACEIRT™ Fusion media storage into your courses, streamlining course content creation and reuse.

  • Documents: Headers and footers in documents
    • Add configurable headers and footers to documents for consistent branding, page numbers, and legal text.
  • Conversation AI: Email channel support
    • Enable Conversation AI to send and receive replies via email with configurable routing and reply behavior, extending AI coverage beyond chat and voice.
