• Agent Studio enhancements

  • Use "enhance prompt" on all nodes in Agent Studio to refine instructions and get better AI behavior without rewriting from scratch.

Entering Labs

Features in Labs are available for early testing and feedback and may change before general release.

• Audit log export to CSV

  • Export up to 500,000 audit log records to CSV when you have the right permissions.
  • Access export files for 30 days after creation for compliance reviews and investigations.

• Messaging analytics V2

  • Try the refreshed SMS analytics UI with new charts and visualizations.
  • Analyze messaging performance more clearly across campaigns, time ranges, and metrics.
